I made this script for my studio project. Generated thousands of ETFE facade panels with this. Feel free to contact if you have any question. 

Addition Description: For the first step(Mesh Prepare), please refer to surfaces, not Brep. If you have joined your surfaces, pls explode them. To make each surface(panel) clean for Kangaroo, use the command "MergeAllCoplanarFaces"(Rhino7) or "MergeAllFaces"(Rhino6), to make them untrimmed&clean!
