Algorixon is a consultancy company which merges technical knowledge in facade and structural engineering and software development. We operate by developing specific software solutions for solving time-consuming and error-prone tasks that occur during the design of complex buildings.
Since its foundation in 2019, Algorixon has produced software solutions to solve complex engineering problems for the design of precast panels, aluminium and steel/glass unitised systems and automatic structural and thermal calculation for complex facade geometries. We use Rhino and GH to produce the required outputs as well as web technologies such as RESTful API development.
Integration with the BIM process and production of dedicated IFC files that are interoperable across multiple commercially-available modelling platforms it at the core of the activity. We normally intervene whenever off-the-shelf BIM software cannot deal with facade-specific complexities.
We also operate as a traditional facade consultancy, providing services such as thermal and structural engineering.
We are based in Italy but operate worldwide, with the majority of the projects currently being done in the UK, USA and Middle East.
