You must import in VisualARQ for Rhino or copy to VisualARQ plugin in Rhino
VisualARQ plug-in must be installed in Rhino 6
All the parameters you can change as shown in above

Attention 
1_odd stair step parameters stay 1 step below for prepare and customize for floor
2_you can't raise the width of stair above 3 meters
