Carton Design Module: Automatically generate carton die-cut models from a box model input.

Updated Color Box Unfolding Module: Control output models using a reference surface.

Die-Cut Output Module: Export 2D die-cut models with size and quantity details.

Carton Wireframe Output Module: Generate 2D die-cut drawings from carton box models.

Supported Features and Options:

Input Box: Input objects, including imported entities, all surfaces, and references.

Tongue: The protruding part inserted into the box.

Pasting Width: Width of the pasting area.

Ear Cutting Distance: Tangential distance of the ears.

Ear Height: Height of the side ear position.

Ear Gap: Gap between the ear and the main body.

Fillet of Ears and Pasting Area: Rounded corners of the ear and pasting area.

Paper Thickness: Thickness of the paper used for box processing.

Output Curves: Output a set of closed curves.

Usage Tutorial:

Install and use the plugin in GH.

Place BOX in Rhino and specify in GH.

Place output curve battery in GH and connect.

Add numeric batteries or sliders for detail adjustments.

Adjust until satisfied with the result.
