Ground Coverage Ratio is the ratio of building footprint to the total plot area. The tool allows you to define a pixel size and calculates the ratio of the building footprint to the pixel area. 

Instruction: Unzip file and drop the ghpy file into the Components folder. 

* Tested on Rhino 6 WIP with GH version 1.0.0007
