Ferret is an open-source, work-in-progress plugin for Grasshopper. It aims to simplify the process of designing, especially structural analysis for volumetric objects. The plugin includes tools for defining boundary conditions(supports, loads, materials), solving the model, and showing the deformations.
Please download and unzip the software.
The ferret is an animal that once will get into the house you will definitely remember it. Similarly, the ferret toolkit should give you surprisingly easy access to complicated analysis.
Notes: please use meters [m] during modelling. On our GITHub, you will find a simple example file.

NOTE: When you are downloading the plugin remember about unblocking before unzipping and please allow memory load using COFF byte arrays (in Rhino -> GrasshopperDeveloperSettings).
