Background

Embryo aims to apply genetic programming concepts to grasshopper, offering an alternative to manual graph generation. The plug-in is a response to some of the projects I was working on in practice back in 2010, where the inflexibility of the graph left design exploration limited to 'slider tweaking'.

Embryo works with Galapagos, allowing the machine to evolve parametric models themselves (which can get quite interesting). Please see video for a tutorial and try out the example files. Thanks!
