all Attribute and Properties  change from source  to Target  Object in Offset  and Match Properties 

The MatchP command changes the object properties of selected objects to duplicate those of another object

 unzip and drag MatchPr.rui and MatchPr.rhp To Rhino and use MatchP and OffsetP command  and Filter (To Selection Filters)
